INGREDIENTS

For the Sauce:
3 tbsp dark soy suce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
2tsp rice vinegar
1 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1.5 tbsp crushed garlic
1 onion (sliced)
1 large carrot (thinly sliced)
5 sliced scallions (white parts only)

2.5 IBS udon noodles,
5 sliced scalions (green parts)
2 cups bean sprouts

 

METHOD

1.    In a bowl, add the 3 tbsp dark soy suce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1.5 tbsp brown sugar, 2tsp rice vinegar, 1 cup chicken broth and mix well until combined. 


2.   In the Smart Start Wok, on some heat, add the 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1.5 tbsp crushed garlic, 1 onion (sliced), 1 large carrot (thinly sliced), 5 sliced scallions (white parts only) and mix until combined.


3.     Then, add in the 2.5 IBS udon noodles, and pour over the sauce, mix well until combined 


4.     Once mixed together, add the 5 sliced scalions (green parts) and 2 cups bean sprouts and mix again until the stir fry is nice and hot.

 

TIP

 For a vegetarian replacement,  you can replace oyster sauce hoisin sauce.
