INGREDIENTS

600g lean beef mince 
700g mash
100ml Beef stock 
2 carrots 
1 celery stick
1 onion
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Fresh Rosemary
Dash of red wine
1 tbsp cornflour
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper

METHOD

1. Add everything (apart from the mash) to the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 to 5 hours or low for 7-8.

 

2. Once cooked remove the bay leaves and top with mash.

 

3. Continue cooking for a further 10 mins.

 

4. Serve & enjoy

 

TIP

Sprinkle a little cheese over the mash for the final 10 minutes of cooking to create a deliciously golden, cheesy topping.
