INGREDIENTS

1 sheet of puff pastry
4 tbsp cranberry sauce
400g of sausage meat with mixed herbs (sage, salt & pepper)
1 beaten egg
2 tsp sesame seeds
120 g prepared stuffing 

METHOD

1. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it in two lengthwise.

 

2. In a bowl, mix the sausage meat with herbs, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.

 

3. Down the middle of each pastry strip, spread a little cranberry sauce, a layer of stuffing, and the sausage meat on top.

 

4. Fold the pastry over the filling to enclose it, sealing the edge with a fork.

 

5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

 

6. Cut into 6–8 rolls.

 

7. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 12–14 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

 

8. Serve warm with extra cranberry sauce.

 

TIP

Add 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp wholegrain mustard to the filling for a deliciously sweet and sharp kick.
