Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
12 large button mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
100g soft goat cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
30g breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil spray

 

METHOD

1. In a bowl, combine chopped mushroom stems, goat cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.

2. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.

3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil

4. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the basket. Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.

 


HANDY TIP

Sprinkle a bit of grated Parmesan cheese on top before air frying for added flavour.
