Simple Easter Bakes in the Air Fryer

Simple Easter Bakes in the Air Fryer

2 Apr 2026

Quick, easy treats perfect for spring baking at home.

Easter baking doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the kitchen. With an air fryer, you can make delicious treats more quickly, with less mess and consistently great results.

Appliances like the Elite 11L Flexi Drawer Air Fryer give you the flexibility to cook multiple bakes at once, making it ideal for preparing a full Easter spread.

1. Mini Egg Brownies

Rich, gooey and packed with chocolate, these are a true Easter classic.

  • Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate, 150g butter, 150g caster sugar, 3 eggs, 100g plain flour, 100g Mini Eggs, crushed.
  • Method: Melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth, then whisk in the sugar and eggs before folding through the flour and crushed Mini Eggs. Pour into a lined tin and air fry at 160°C for 15 to 18 minutes until set on top but still soft in the centre.

For a smooth batter, a Rose Gold 1000W Stand Mixer makes prep even easier.

2. Easter Bunny Cupcakes

Quick, fun and perfect for sharing.

  • Ingredients: 125g butter, 125g sugar, 2 eggs, 125g self-raising flour, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Method: Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, beat in the eggs and vanilla, then fold in the flour. Divide into cases and air fry at 160°C for 10 to 12 minutes. Leave to cool before decorating with Easter toppings.

A 2-in-1 jug scale helps keep measuring simple and tidy.

A Good Food Digital Jug Blender is a handy way to speed up prep.
