INGREDIENTS
300g Chicken Breast Fillets
20g Fat Free Yoghurt

Maggi Shawarma Seasoning
1 Tbsp Shawarma Paste
White potatoes
Halloumi
Mixed Salad
Pitta Bread

METHOD

1.    Begin by cutting the chicken breast into large cubes


2.    In a mixing bowl, combine 20g of Fat Free Yoghurt,
Maggi Shawarma Seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of Shawarma Paste. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.


3.     Thread the coated chicken chunks onto skewers, aiming for about 4-5 chunks per skewer, adjusting based on the size of the chicken pieces.


4.     Place the chicken skewers in the Air Fryer basket and lightly spray with oil to prevent sticking.

 

5.     Air Fry at 200 degrees celsius for 10 minutes. Then, flip the chicken skewers and continue to air fry at the same temperature for another 6-8 minutes until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.


6.    Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a serving bowl with chips and halloumi. Garnish with salad and a dollop of fat-free yoghurt.

TIP

Make this recipe vegetarian-friendly by swapping chicken for halloumi and serving it alongside grilled courgette, offering a delicious meat-free alternative with vibrant flavors.
