Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
4 large potatoes
60ml melted butter
30ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
10ml chopped fresh rosemary
10ml chopped fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

 

METHOD

1. Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice them thinly, leaving the bottoms intact to create a fan-like shape.

2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper.


3. Brush the potatoes generously with the herb mixture, ensuring it gets between the slices.


4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are crispy and cooked through.

6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.


HANDY TIP

Place a chopstick on each side of the potato to prevent accidentally cutting all the way through when slicing.
