Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
800g turkey breast, boneless
60ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
10ml dried rosemary
10ml dried thyme
5ml paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Cranberry sauce for serving

 

METHOD

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Rub the turkey breast with this mixture and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.


3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.


4. Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket.

5. Air fry for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

6. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with cranberry sauce.


HANDY TIP

Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey reaches the desired internal temperature for safe consumption.
