Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

800g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary

 

METHOD

1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C

2. Parboil the potatoes for about 8 minutes, drain, and pat dry.

3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Air fry for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.


 

HANDY TIP

For extra crispiness, after parboiling, let the potatoes cool completely and dry them thoroughly before tossing them in the oil mixture.
