Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs
4 pork sausages (about 250g)
4 rashers of bacon (about 200g)
200g button mushrooms, sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, halved
1 can of baked beans (about 400g)
2 slices of bread, toasted
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

 

METHOD

1.    Preheat your Smart Start frying pan over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.


2.    Remove the sausages and keep them warm. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed and cook the bacon until crispy.


3.    Set the bacon aside and cook the mushrooms and tomatoes until softened.


4.    In a separate small pan, heat the baked beans.


5.    Finally, fry the eggs to your desired level of doneness.


6.    Serve the cooked items on two plates, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy your Full English breakfast!



TIPS

If you're looking for a healthier option, you can use lean or turkey sausages and bacon. For perfectly fried eggs, crack each egg into a small bowl first and gently slide it into the hot pan. This helps prevent broken yolks and ensures even cooking.
