Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
4 salmon fillets (about 150g each)
80g cranberry sauce
30ml soy sauce
15ml olive oil
15ml balsamic vinegar
5ml Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh thyme for garnish

 

METHOD

1. In a bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

2. Marinate the salmon fillets in this mixture for 30 minutes.


3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.


4. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket.

5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork

6. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.


HANDY TIP

For an added festive touch, sprinkle some chopped walnuts over the glazed salmon before serving
