Makes 20 Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
500g ground beef or pork
120ml breadcrumbs
1 egg
60ml mulled wine
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Cranberry sauce for dipping (optional)

 

METHOD

1. In a bowl, mix together ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mulled wine, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well combined.

2. Shape the mixture into meatballs.

3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket.


4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until cooked through, shaking the basket halfway through.

5. Serve with cranberry sauce for dipping, if desired.

 

 


HANDY TIP

For a festive touch, add a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon to the meatball mixture before cooking.
