INGREDIENTS
For the mince:
lean beef mince
1 onion, finely diced
1 beef stock
500g passata
2 tbsp Worcestershire
1 dash of red wine
1 tsp rosemary
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp oregano
1-2 tsp garlic puree
1 bay leaf
For the tacos:
8 mini tortilla tacos
8 tbsp Béchamel sauce
200g mozzarella grated
Handful of fresh basil
Garlic Butter:
30g melted light butter
Pinch of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic puree
METHOD
1. Start by preparing the lasagne filling. Brown the mince and onion together in a pan, then add the remaining ingredients for the meat mixture. Stir well and cook until everything is fully combined, and the mince is cooked through.
2. Once your filling is ready, take each taco and dip one side into the sauce. Place the taco dry-side down and begin assembling. Add 1 teaspoon of béchamel sauce, 2-3 tablespoons of the lasagne meat, and a sprinkle of grated cheese.
3. Fold the taco in half, brush the outside with garlic butter, and place it in the air fryer.
4. Cook at 200°C for 8 minutes until golden and crispy.
