INGREDIENTS
500g chicken tenders
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Cooking spray (for the air fryer)
For the Honey Mustard Sauce:
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
METHOD
1. Season the Chicken Tenders:
In a large mixing bowl, season the chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat the tenders evenly.
2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for about 5 minutes.
3. Air Fry the Chicken Tenders:
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the seasoned chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken tenders are golden and reach an internal temperature of 74°C.
4. Prepare the Honey Mustard Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and garlic powder until well combined.
5. Serve with Honey Mustard Sauce:
Serve your Air Fryer Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders with the prepared honey mustard sauce for dipping. These tenders are deliciously crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the honey mustard sauce adds a delightful sweet and tangy flavour. Enjoy!
