Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
30ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving

 

METHOD

1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper.

2. Rub the chicken thighs with the herb mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.

4. Air fry for 12 minutes, then flip the chicken and air fry for an additional 10-12 minutes until cooked through and crispy.

5. Serve with lemon wedges.

 


HANDY TIP

For extra crispiness, pat the chicken dry with paper towels before marinating.
