5 MINS

4
INGREDIENTS
500 grams of frozen fries
100 grams of feta cheese, crumbled
100 grams of Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 cucumber, diced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Tzatziki sauce, for serving
METHOD
1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
2. Add the frozen fries to the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spread out evenly. Cook for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
3. While the fries are cooking, prepare the Greek salad topping. In a bowl, combine the diced tomato, chopped onion, diced cucumber, chopped olives, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Once the fries are crispy and golden, carefully remove them from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
5. Top the fries with the Greek salad mixture and crumbled feta cheese.
6. Serve hot with a side of tzatziki sauce for dipping.
7. Enjoy your loaded fries!
TIP
Feta cheese comes packaged in brine. To make sure your fries don't get soggy, crumble the fresh Feta cheese and let it sit out on a plate to dry a bit while your fries bake.
