INGREDIENTS
400g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1.5cm cubes
1/2 onion, cut into 1cm cubes
1 red pepper, cut into 1cm cubes
1 green pepper, cut into 1cm cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, onion, peppers, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
2. Skewer the chicken and vegetables alternately on metal skewers.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
4. Air fry the kebabs for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
TIP
For extra flavor, you can marinate the kebabs in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before cooking.
You can also add other vegetables to the kebabs, such as zucchini, mushrooms, or carrots.
