Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
500g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
60g dried cranberries
60g pecans, chopped
30ml olive oil
30ml balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste

 

METHOD

1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C

2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until coated

3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket.Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through

4. Once done, transfer the sprouts to a serving dish, sprinkle with dried cranberries and pecans, and drizzle with balsamic glaze..


HANDY TIP

For extra flavour, sprinkle a bit of grated Parmesan cheese over the sprouts before serving.
