Digital Trading Executive

Reports to

Ecommerce Manager

Job Overview

To work within the ecommerce department executing the digital requirements for the business and help deliver the earned digital marketing strategy. This is a new role for the business, the Digital Trading Executive will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and deliver the firm’s digital growth strategy.

You’ll work across a range of channels and this varied role will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day earned traffic, in particular, PPC, Programmatic and retargeting campaign across an expanding portfolio of websites
  • Developing an Acquisitional Social Media Strategy
  • Analytics and reporting across all KPIs – Daily - Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reporting across all KPIs

 

This role is very much a hands on role, we’re looking for someone who can demonstrate a clear track record of delivering cost effective sales across all channels. You will need to have the drive to deliver conversions and improve retention levels.

You’ll be able to show experience across the following:

  • Experience managing and building out PPC campaigns across Google & Bing
  • Experience of managing programmatic campaigns (Criteo/AdRoll)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including formulas, lookups and data validation
  • Good experience of using Google Analytics
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great problem solving skills

 

As a key role within the organisation, you will play a major part in the companies continued growth as they continue to develop new markets. This is a new role that can only expand as the business develops its DTC website collection.

Job Overview

This is a new role for the business, the Digital Executive will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and deliver the firm’s digital content and User Experience strategy.

You’ll work across a range of channels and platforms for this varied role which will include:

  • Product merchandising
  • Reviewing Analytics and identifying new opportunities to test.
  • A/B Testing & planning & co-ordinating experimentation activity.
  • Content Development including blog writing and briefing.
  • On-going website testing and competitor analysis to improve the user and customer experience across our websites

 

This role is very much a hands on role, we’re looking for someone who can demonstrate a clear track record of delivering interesting and engaging digital marketing activity and is willing to roll their sleeves up and prove their ideas could work. Ideally, you will have technical digital skills as well as a creative flair to bring the technology to life. You will need to be able to think like the customer and have the ability to engage with them and drive conversions.

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including formulas, lookups and data validation
  • Knowledge of Magento, Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
  • The ability to communicate effectively with web developers and designers
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great problem solving skills

B2C PR and Social Media Exec

 

Reports To

The PR and Social Media Exec reporting role into B2C Marketing Manager.

 

Job Overview

To work within the Marketing Department executing the Tower brand Social Media and Influencer activity calendars whilst overseeing and reacting to PR opportunities.

Drive awareness and engagement for the Tower / Carmen brands with target consumers.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

Social Media (70% of time)

  • Execute the monthly Tower organic social media calendar programme across target platforms

  • Execute the monthly Carmen organic social media calendar programme across target platforms

  • Drive deep engagement for the Tower brand and NPI within the Instagram platform delivering target community member and engagement levels

  • Report on trends and target competitor social and PR activity

  • Utilise Hootsuite to manage all social media activities including monthly reporting on activity performance to agreed KPIs.

 

Influencer Marketing (15% of time)

  • Recruit and build working relationships with key Influencers who operate in the consumer groups associated with the Tower and Carmen brands.

  • Plan and deliver consistent and engaging influencer content to build brand and product awareness and increase sales through the e-comm websites.

  • Utilise Dot Digital CRM system for all influencer communications.

  • Report on trends and target competitor activity.

  • Generate monthly reports on activity performance to agreed KPIs.

       

 

PR (10% of time)

  • Add and maintain Tower and Carmen press releases to the Ace Media PR platform.

  • Build and maintain the publication and journalist database for B2C channels.

  • Work with internal content writers to create press materials to deliver the monthly PR calendar via Ace Media.

  • Report on trends and target competitor activity.

  • Utilise Ace Media for monthly activity performance reporting to agreed KPIs.

 

Planning (5% of time)

  • Contribute to the creation of the monthly Social Media and Influencer calendars

  • Contribute to creative ideas and themes for monthly promotional calendar and NPI launch campaigns.

 

Dependencies

Work as part of a Marketing Communications Team and the wider Marketing team including Design, E-Commerce and Consumer Care

Work with B2C Marketing Manager as line manager

Work with HooteSuite or similar platform (social media platform), Dot Digital (e-mail platform) and Ace Media (PR platform)

Work with In-House Design team for content creation.

Work with E-Commerce Marketing Manager.

Work with National Account, Sales & key partner retailers for all sales support / business growth initiatives.
