We may need to issue a product recall notice from time to time in the unlikely event of a Tower product range developing a fault. Should this occur, information regarding the product and steps required to return it will appear here.

 

 IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: RISK OF BURNS & INJURIES

Affected Products: Tower Pressure Cooker, Model Number T90100, T90101 and T90102.

 Dear Consumer,

We have identified a potential safety risk in connection with use of the above products, namely  T90100 Tower 4.5L 22cm Pressure Cooker, T90101 Tower 6L 22cm Pressure Cooker and T90102 7.5L 22cm Pressure Cooker.

Should you own an affected product, please DO NOT USE. Test results have indicated that  use of the item may result in burns from the steam, and/or, unexpected release of liquid from the unit and/ or excessive heat in the handle.

To help identify if your pressure cooker is an affected model, you can locate the model number stamped on the base of the item.

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: RISK OF FIRE 

Product Safety Recall: Re T17004 Tower 8L Digital Multi-Cooker PO185990.

As part of our ongoing quality monitoring program, we’ve identified an issue with a small number of our T17004, Tower 8L Digital Multi-cooker.

To ascertain whether your model is from the affected batch you will need to check the batch code located on the rating plate of the item. The rating plate can be found on the base of the multi-cooker as indicated by the red boxed areas. The affected batch number is PO185990 on the model T17004. See product image.

If you have an affected product, we ask that you immediately cease use of the item, please do not leave the product plugged in to the mains even if switched off. There is a risk of the product independently activating leading to overheating, and creating a fire risk, as a result we are recalling the affected batch and offering a free of charge safety modification.

Our service partner will collect, modify and return your unit back to you within 7 days. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0333 2206066 who will make arrangements accordingly. Alternatively should you wish to receive a refund, please contact the original place of purchase.
