Excellent pan and ideal for frying my eggs

I find these mini pans very useful for cooking Japanese and Korean dishes, where you need small quantities of cooked toppings for ramen, side dishes, and so on. I already had a 12cm pan, which is perfect for putting a fried egg or mini-omelette on top of rice dishes, but I wanted this slightly larger one to make neatly-edged okonomiyaki. (Japanese cabbage pancakes, which are way nicer than they sound.) It's the ideal size and it beats trying to keep a rounded pile of mix together on a larger surface. Heats up fast and cleans easily.
