INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts

1 mozzrella ball

Chopped basil

Chopped cherry tomatos

1 tsp of olive oil

1 tsp italian herbs

METHOD

1.    Begin by cutting up the mozzerella, cherry tomatos and basil leaves.


2.    Cut a chicken breast in half and put a tablespoon of pesto in the middle and fold together.


3.     Put slices into the chicken breast and add the mozzarella, cherry tomato's and basil leaves in the slices.


4.     Drizzle the oil and italian herbs over the top of the chicken and place it in the Air Fryer.

 

5.     Put the Air Fryer on 190 degrees for 20 minutes.


6.     Once cooked, place on a plate with the potatoes.

TIP

To switch up the flavour, try swapping from green pesto to red. A drizzle of balsamic glaze also goes perfectly with this meal!
