Cherry Cheesecake Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 block of cream cheese
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 container of whipped cream
1 can of cherry pie filling
1 Packet of crushed oreos

METHOD

1. Add a block of cream cheese to a bowl with 2 tbsp of icing sugar and mix until combined. Then, add in whipping cream and mix until combined again.

2. Once combined, crush up a packet of oreos with the back of a wooden spoon and pour the crumbs into the cream mixture. Fold it all together until it's separated

3. Spread evenly into a dish and top with a can of cherry pie filling.

4. Refrigerate for 1 hour and once set & chilled, serve with sweet crackers

TIP

Substitute a portion of the cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter version of the dip with added tanginess and protein.

If you're a fan of chocolate-covered cherries, consider drizzling melted chocolate over the cherry pie filling layer before serving.
