Ordered the pan divider 3rd September. Did not receive any acknowledgement of my order. Delivered today 9 September absolutely no use for my air fryer model number T17025 it was too big for the basket. I do not understand why the correct size divider cannot be included in the box with the appliance.

The divider arrived at 7” instead of the 8” ordered, which fits our Tower VortX Air Fryer and when I emailed, the lady (Kelly) said “ I am sorry this model does not come with a separator (which I knew) nor do we sell one for this model????? (Really?) If you wish to return the item for a refund this will be at your own cost” The cost of return postage is more that the refund value!

Curiously, I have now ordered an 8” divider, at extra expense, and have binned the incorrect item you sent me and have ‘‘Put it down to experience”

I rate this product as average as I can't use this product ,yet, with my Air Fryer. I ordered it on-line and when it was delivered it would not fit. I contacted customer service who told me that there was not a divider for my unit (T17021). I ordered on line, it did not say that there was'nt one to fit. I have now got to cobble some adaptations to the divider to make it fit.

Too small for the pan. I understand there isn't one available for the 4.3L model but one that's too small isn't much use unless you use your food to hold it up, which defeats the object.

Also feel it should have been supplied with the appliance. Bit expensive for a bit of metal that doesn't even fit.

This divider should be included with the air fryer, not as an accessory, and so should the wire tray. But as for the fryer itself, it is an excellent buy. It cooks meat perfectly in 16 minutes. Chips are also cooked to perfection. Very glad I bought it.

I was expecting the divider to divide the pan exactly in half it didn't do this. I had to balance the metal piece with the food. It did the job that's why I consider it to be acceptable
