World Cup- Healthy Chicken Strippers
Celebrate England’s progression into the knock out stage of the World Cup with today’s victory by cooking up a healthy treat. Follow our quick and easy to do chicken strip recipe using our 3.2L Air fryer and enjoy your favorite snack with fewer calories and less of the guilt!
3 Chicken breasts
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried basil
Kitchen tools/appliances needed:
Medium sized glass bowl
Cut chicken into 1 inch strips
Mix together with breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, thyme and basil in a mixing bowl
Crack an egg in a separate bowl and dip chicken pieces into the egg and coat in the breadcrumbs and herbs
Place the well-coated chicken into the 3.2L Air Fryer and cook for for 15 minutes at 230°C until cooked through and golden brown
