This time, in celebrations of The Great British Bake off's batter week, we're bringing you delicious, homemade Yorkshire puddings for you to enjoy. Ingredients

  • 140g plain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • Sunflower oil, for cooking

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 230C, fan 210C, gas mark 8. Evenly drizzle a dab of sunflower oil into a cupcake tray and place in the oven
  • Begin making the batter by tipping 140g of plain flour into a bowl and beat in the four eggs until smooth. For a smoother mix, try using our Tower Stainless Steel Hand Mixer
  • Gradually add 200ml milk and carry on beating until the mix is completely lump-free. For added flavour, season with salt and pepper
  • Slowly pour the batter into a jug and remove the cupcake tray from the oven
  • Carefully pour the batter into the holes, making sure to keep them even
  • Put back into the oven and leave undisturbed for 20-25 minutes
  • Remove from the oven once puffed up and browned and serve immediately
  • Alternatively, store and freeze for up to 1 month
