Happy Valentine’s Day! Love is in the air and for many that means a heartfelt card, chocolates and romantic meal out to a nice restaurant. However, this year, why not spend an intimate night in and prepare a home cooked meal for the special person in your life?

Creamy polenta with a mushroom ragout
