Starter – Three Cheese Soufflé

This tasty starter comprises three distinctive cheese flavours, including Parmesan, hard goat’s cheese and mature cheddar. The result is a mixture of a spongy exterior and gooey centre.

Main – Garlic and Rosemary Slow Cooked Shoulder of Lamb with Creamy Mash

A succulent shoulder of lamb with carrots, parsnips, swede and shallots – all topped with rosemary and balsamic vinegar.

Dessert – Classic Victoria Sponge

To top it all off, this classic dessert can easily be made in a Tower air fryer. Use either strawberry or raspberry jam with a drop vanilla extract to get a great tasting cake.
