Some of the ingredients mentioned are specific to the land down under but don’t get spooked however - we’re sure you’ll be able to find the UK equivalent easily enough.
Mincing with fearTop foodie channel Allrecipes never fails to disappoint with its well-presented, quick and easy recipes and this frightfully convenient guide to making mini beef Jack-o-Lantern pies keeps that record going with aplomb. Just make sure you have a decent pan (such as the Tower 24cm Cerasure Multi-Pan) on hand before following the on-screen instructions, and you’ll be wowing your Halloween party guests with these treats in no time.

This week though, our straightforward chef has been getting in on the Halloween action and brings us this devilishly easy cupcake recipe. Canine host Francis shows you how to pull off the perfect Halloween desert in this video and whilst the little poodle doesn’t get his hands dirty as such (he doesn’t actually have hands) he does advocate the use of a hand mixer not dissimilar to this one.
Monster munchEveryone loves cookies and most people love getting in to the spirit of things when 31 October rolls around, so why not combine both and make these morose monster teeth cookies?
