Tower 3.2ltr Air fryer



  • 1x 375g packet rolled puff pastry
  • 1x 450g chilli flavour pork sausages (de-skinned)
  • ½ tsp dried chilli
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)



  • Lay out a pastry sheet and cut in half lengthways
  • In a bowl, place the de-skinned sausages and the dried chilli flakes and mix together
  • Put the sausage meat into a piping bag with no nozzle
  • Pipe the sausage mixture down the centre of each half of the pastry and brush with the egg wash along one edge
  • Fold pastry over the sausage meat filling, to form a sausage roll shape
  • Seal the edges and mark with a fork to decorate
  • Brush sausage rolls with egg wash and cut into portions (approximately 4 per roll)
  • Place in the air fryer at 180C and cook for approximately 15 minutes
