Firecracker Sausage Rolls (serves 8 portions)

- 1x 450g chilli flavour pork sausages (de-skinned)
- ½ tsp dried chilli
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
- Lay out a pastry sheet and cut in half lengthways
- In a bowl, place the de-skinned sausages and the dried chilli flakes and mix together
- Put the sausage meat into a piping bag with no nozzle
- Pipe the sausage mixture down the centre of each half of the pastry and brush with the egg wash along one edge
- Fold pastry over the sausage meat filling, to form a sausage roll shape
- Seal the edges and mark with a fork to decorate
- Brush sausage rolls with egg wash and cut into portions (approximately 4 per roll)
- Place in the air fryer at 180C and cook for approximately 15 minutes
