Fuel up for the London Marathon by following our simple and tasty smoothie recipes:-

Healthy Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 300ml of water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 big handful of fresh baby spinach
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cored and halved apple
  • 1 cored and halved pear
  • ½ juiced lime
  • 1 banana

 

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to Xtreme Pro Blender
  2. Blend for 60 seconds until you have a smooth consistency
  3. Serve and enjoy!

 

Pineapple Shiver

Ingredients

  • 220g of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 230ml of vanilla flavoured milk
  • Whipped cream and pineapple for garnish

 

Method

  1. Microwave the frozen pineapple chunks and banana a little to make the blending easier then place all ingredients in to the Xtreme Pro Blender and close the lid
  2. Blend the milkshake until smooth
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy!

 

Almond and Banana Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 300ml of milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1tsp of natural vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1tbsp of almond butter
  • 150ml of ice cubes

 

Method

  1. Microwave the frozen banana a little to make the blending easier then place all ingredients in to the Xtreme Pro Blender
  2. Blend the ingredients for 30 seconds or until smooth
  3. Serve and enjoy!
