Halloween has gone and pumpkins, whether rotting or otherwise, are now becoming a distant memory. However, there’s still life left in the old orange ball, where you can scoop out the insides for a flavourful treat. We have compiled a list of 3 desserts to put together using your leftover pumpkins.

A popular choice for our US friends across the pond, the pumpkin pie is packed full of the flavours of Thanksgiving and autumn, with a sprinkle of cinnamon for good measure. This is a true symbol of the changing seasons.

Cheese…cake? A good go to dessert choice when out in a restaurant, cheesecake looks fancy and the taste isn’t too bad either. Throw in some pumpkin and you’ve got yourself an enhanced flavour that makes the autumn/winter months somewhat bearable.
